All the historical sights around the Athenian Acropolis are reachable on wonderful walks.
Erechtheion, Ancient or Roman Agora, the Temple of Hephaestus, the Theater of Dionysus, the Nymphs and Onyx Hill and so there are many more.

Central

Whether you want to explore the Gazi, Psyri or Monastiraki neighborhoods, everything up to Omonia Square is within easy walking distance. The Athens Central Market with its many wonderfully diverse side streets or even the Parliament and the slightly better stores, they are wonderful explorations.

Design & Location

We tried to change as little as possible, but as much as necessary. We think that the result is convincing. Simple, in the heart of Athens and with a refreshing touch.
The area is mainly inhabited by locals, which allows you to get a glimpse into the life of the Athenians. Respect the locals is therefore our imperative! Quiet and yet central. No more but also no less, enjoy your stay!

The flat was designed and the work completed by a young, up-and-coming Athenian architects and craftsmen’s collective. We already knew them from another collaboration and are happy that it worked out so well and beautifully.

In the early 70s my parents bought this sunny apartment. An investment in the future of the family. In the second generation of family ownership, I have now awakened this apartment from its slumber and am happy if others also find it pleasing. It fits perfectly for two people. A specially made sofa can be quickly converted into two singles or a double bed. So families with two children also feel comfortable.

The apartment is fully equipped because we also use it. So feel like you are in our second home. It has refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, washing machine, AC, fans, Smart TV, internet, a wonderful juicer, a very nice shower and some more useful stuff. There are two balconies, one overlooking a quiet green courtyard and the other overlooking a low traffic neighborhood street. Local feeling!
